In a recent article in Forbe’s magazine, Chester County and neighboring Montgomery County were rated in the top 10 places to raise a family in America. Using a mixture of test scores, property taxes and crime rates, among other factors, Chester County was ranked #10 (Montgomery County was #9). Here’s the detailed quote:
