My name is John Lauber and I’ve lived in the Chester County over 30 years. I’ve “grown up” with the area, so to speak. I remember when the Rt. 202 corridor had nothing on it for miles, and you can get off at any exit and see plenty of new or changing skylines. This is a rapidly growing area, while maintaining an emphasis on open space, as much as possible.
I live in the Exton area, currently, with my wife and two children. I enjoy traveling the area by car and bicycle (when I can) and I’m always finding new items of interest as I travel the area. This is a super area to live and play, as you can go from city to country in just a few short miles. From downtown Philadelphia, about a half an hour away, to the history and diversity of the Chester County seat, West Chester, there is so much to do and see in the area. William Penn’s land grant is alive and well here. Remnants of colonial times are abundant (Valley forge is just a few minutes away). It is hard to find a town - Paoli, Sugartown, West Chester, Malvern, Downingtown, etc. - that does not have some historic inference to the beginnings of the United States.
While the main focus will be real estate, I hope to include items of interest in the area as they present themselves.
