While they used the township of West Goshen (which most people locally would just call West Chester), Money Magazine has named it number 11 in there Top 100 places to live. Upon further reading, they do get fairly specific when discussing the parks, like West Goshen Park. I guess they did compare it to its sister township of East Goshen (also West Chester).
They also give an interactive breakdown comparing it to the Top 10 areas to live above West Goshen using employment, weather and various other criteria.
Bravo West Goshen (ala West Chester)!
