Exton PA Real Estate Statistics for March 2009

Here’s the Exton area real estate statistics for the month of March, 2009.

As you can see from the numbers that average and median prices for the area are definitely lower. Homes in the lower ranges seem to be doing slightly better (below $400K). Days on market increased a bit, but so did the number of homes under contract. This is a definite improvement as the absorption rate lowered to 8.6 months of inventory. Interestingly, the residual inventory remained the same compared to last year at 62 homes still for sale. It can be seen in the Basic Absorption slides below.
