Here’s the numbers for December, 2008 in the West Chester zip codes.
As you can see from the chart, the numbers from November to December didn’t change too much. Average and Median prices moved up a bit. Days on market also increased a few days. The under contract listings stayed the same as November as the inventory dropped. This had a positive effect of lowering the absorption rate for West Chester to just over 11 months of inventory.
