Chester County Statistics for November, 2008

Here’s the latest numbers for Chester County in November, 2008.

As you can see, the under contract listings are down from the same time last year by 35%. Listings remain about the same, but both the median and average sale prices along with the number of sold listings (up 21%). What has this done to the absorption rate? It went up from 14 to 19 months of inventory. The number of listings has remained fairly steady during the past year.
