Sorry for the delay, but here’s the numbers for West Chester in October, 2008. As with the Chester County statistics, October was a slower month.
Here’s the statistics for West Chester for October, 2008.
No need for me to expound on the numbers as you can see then numbers. The numbers went down just like most of the country as people “waited” to see who would be the next president (in my opinion).
What did this do to the absorption rate. It jumped to 13 from 10 months of inventory. Compared to last year, it jumped from 6.4 months. Interestingly enough, average days on market and end of inventory is almost identical. The number, as always, under contract, went down. Again, that’s our future sold properties.
