Tuesday’s Tour for July 15

Posted on Jul 15, 2008 by John Lauber in Buying, Chester County, Selling, Tuesday Tour, market statistics | Comments Comments

Well the last two weeks have been very busy with a family vacation and work, but I was able to hit the “broker tour” trail a bit today and here’s the highlighted properties.

Today was contemporary home day, as you’ll see in the pictures.

The first home is located at 45 Charter Oak Drive, Newtown Square, PA.

Just inside Delaware County in the Rosetree-Media school district, this 4 Bedroom, 2.5 batch house is in Runnymede Village and is offered at $589900.  This home shows very nice with a great finished basement, good sized kitchen with granite counters and lots of room throughout.  The two car garage has decent storage space in addition to fitting two cars. If your looking to have a party out back there’s a nicely finished patio area.  Like many homes in the development, they’re built into the landscape which is rather hilly, and with that comes a smaller usable yard. It is nicely landscape and shows really well.

Moving back into Chester County, the next home was at 1018 Robin Drive, West Chester, PA. Located on a flat 1 acre lot, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is being offered at $500,000. While there are certain dated elements, the interior of this home has lots of potential as it has a very open floor plan. All the rooms are a generous size and the master has a nice sitting area with a balcony. This kitchen is open to the eating area and family room, as well. The garage is nicely sized for both cars and storage areas. If you’re looking for a basement though, there is none here.

That’s it for today’s tour. If you would like to see these, or any other homes you find in my Search, feel free to contact me. I’m happy to help.
