After a few weeks of missing Tuesday tours due to other commitments or my own at 950 Hopewell Road, I was out and about again today.  Here’s a look at some of the homes I saw.

864 Chandlee Drive

The first home was 864 Chandlee Drive in West Chester, PA offered at $539,900. This house has a great deck with an awning AND another covered patio. For a home around 21 years old, all the bedrooms are a very nice size. Hardwood floors and a nice open kitchen match of to some of today’s open floor plans. It would be nice to see some carpet in the mostly finished basement, but it looks good now. The property looks good with a nice fenced in back yard for the kids and/or pets.

9 Maentel

The second home was 9 Maentel Dr also in West Chester, PA offered at $985,000. This house is built on the former Northbrook Orchard’s land and is walkable to the store that still remains for that morning coffee or an ice cream with the family. If you want space, there’s plenty of it both in and outside the home. The hardwood floors were refinished and look really good. The “French Country” kitchen also looks great. The basement is finished and has easy access outside to the back yard.

The last home for today is 956 Cloud Lane in West Chester offered at $499,900. This home has a nice size yard with mature trees gives the home privacy from the road(s). The foyer has a nice tile entry. The kitchen was totally refinished and looks really nice. The basement was also finished and is a nice neutral color. There is still plenty of space for storage in the unfinished portion of the basement. The bedrooms are a decent size. The one downside would be the bathrooms could use some updating, though they do what they need too, they’re a bathroom.
