Chester County Statistics – Mid Month Check

Just a quick update of where Chester County is just after the midpoint of May.
So far, we’ve had 649 units listed this month. Conversely, there have been 172 units Sold and 172 have gone Pending.
How does the number of listings affect the inventory? There are currently 4067 active listings with an average price of around $528,491. The absorption rate for Chester County is now around 9 months of inventory.
Homes have sold from a low of $52,000 to a high of $2,350,000. The average sold price so far is $376,337.
