The annual Halloween Parade was in Malvern. My kids love getting dressed up and walking in the parade. Of course, they love getting “street candy” as the other groups come down the street. It’s always a fun time. Look out for it next year.

As you can see the numbers compared to last month are down, which is in line with the Chester County as a whole. Units sold were down, but interestingly enough, its the exact same number as September, 2007. The number of for sale listings are [...]
